I was wondering how to go about finding an agent to get my images into magazines. I don't know the going rate for magazine art, royaltys and all that, and I would really like to get my work out there. Any advice would be great. Thanks.

You don't need an agent, not for just starting out. Go to your bookstore and pick up a copy of Artist's Market 2000. It will provide a bunch of helpful information as well as market descriptions you can sort through to target.

heya; www.gag.org thats 'graphc artists guild.' they also publish an annual book on current rates and fees for many different types of jobs and markets.
