Some time ago I won 2nd prize in a contest and one of the prizes was a $75 dollar gift certificate for Daz. Though I purchased some Daz items in the meantime I never used that certificate as I was saving it for something more expensive or when I wouldn't have an empty credit card. Today, when I went to redeem it I had to go claim it from the old store, entered the key and . . . . nothing :( I get a message about it not finding any gift certificates matching that key. The gift certificate expires on 1st of December so I've got time but I really wanted to use it this weekend to get the Platinum Club Membership and other stuff. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I know, I know I should write Daz, been there done that but it's the weekend and I just really need some reassurance LOL!

I've never heard of them refusing to let anyone use a certificate they haven't already used, it must be their system playing up again.

Reachel is on guard even during weekends Kalypso.. I know as I've contacted her before.. she's also in charge of the store and involved in programming.. Contact her at reachel@daz3d.com and she'll reply soon thankful for the report of your problem.. they are looking for feedback on all possible bugs so they can fix them! :) Rena
