Med/Psych Assessment of Patient 32900--"Victoria" (Conducted with tongue firmly in cheek) It is clear that the patients problems with eating disorders and substance abuse originate from extremely low self-esteem and many unresolved family issues. Vickies problems with acceptance seemed to begin almost from birth. The youngest daughter of Dork and Pozette Pozergote, heirs to the MTC fortune, she was loved by her father but not generally accepted by the rest of her family, who insist on calling her Millie. When the MTC fortune fell upon hard times, Dork had to devote more time to the business, and Vicki suffered frpm indifference or outright rejection from her family and peers. My interview with Vickie revealed that she deeply resents the success of her older siblings, especially her half-sister, Eve. If I had as much work done to me as that bitch, Id look beautiful too! She wails frequently. Vicki is currently receiving treatment for her disorders and undergoing several makeovers to enhance her appearance. These efforts should also improve her sense of self-worth. In the meantime, I have sent a note to her extended family, imploring them to work harder in their efforts to embrace her, flaws and all, and offer the love and acceptance she so desperately craves.
