I have a music called "Born to die in Berlin" from the Ramones, and there is a part of it that is spoken in German. I've tried to find the lyrics for it, but none of them had that part translated. I'd like to ask you if you can transcript and translate that part. If you don't have that music and don't want to download it from a P2P service, I can e-mail the part. It's just 358 kb. I warn you: the verses are pretty muffled, as if they were recorded by telephone. Danke (I know this word, at least :)

Very muffled. In fact I don't understand a word of it. But look at google groups.

Don't speak german and never heard the song. But you can compare and see if is any help, is from another version of born to die in berlin. English: Stranded in the sweet windings Breathing the pale moon silver Tasting the last drops of life From a sweet transvestite's lips German (via Altavista translate): Angeschwemmt in den ssen Wicklungen, die den Lattenmond atmen, versilbern Sie das Schmecken der letzten Tropfen des Lebens von den Lippen Bonbon transvestites Link to other version: Becuase there is another verse listed thats not listed in ramones lyrics. http://www.totalobscurity.com/nina/lyrics/ beehappy.html#BORNTODIE

Hehe, I love Altavista's translations. If you have nothing to laugh, throw in some german sentences and rofl about what Altavista throws out :-)))).
