I went to the DAZ3D store and bought the fantasy wrap..... but it appears to be just the textures... anyone know werte I can get the rest of what I need?

If you brought it from the Platinum Club then they're only selling the textures for $1.99. The Fantasy Wrap is found in the standard (Premier) area of the site for $11.95 - which you'd get 30% off if you are a Platinum Club member. As Niles said, 2nd page under Victoria's clothes area.
