Did a right-click "save target as" on the url and it's coming down now okay...dl rate is only about 10kb/sec though... Some nice work there with the flags and ribbons.

Has a nice Aztec feel to it. A pity he's using Microsoft Video 1, though. At best, you can only get 16-bit colour, everything is dithered in fullscreen mode, and the compression is terrible. Indeo 5 is a superior choice.
