hey guys, just need to make a few signs and things for bits of work and stuff and just wondering about where to get some letter meshes that i can use in poser or vue d'esprit , i know there is some on here but they link is down or broken and i know its prity easy to make letters using the terrain editor in vue, but mine look a bit shite and id prefer some of the standard fonts , basicly does anyone know of anywhere to get meshes or objects of letters, iv gota programme called eleFont but both poser and vue. dont like reading the saved file. can anyone help ? "EleFont" makes 3D letters that export as .DFX files. Uses any font you have installed in your system. I think it's only for Windows', tho.Norbert posted Sun, 03 November 2002 at 2:39 PM

Check for "text" or "alpha" in the free stuff section here. I think there are two sets available.

I have a 3D alfabet + numbers and characters in the Freestuff at 3D Commune. It's done in Arial font, and is Poser-ready. Search for 'maclean' mac

Sorry to see that Poser and Vue don't like ElePhont files. Do you have anything that will convert the files to .3DS?
