I had similar problems with the Victoria morphs. When you stretch the face out into a muzzle, the lips and teeth can go all wonky, especially when you start combining that with the facial expressions and OpenLips morph. I had to create some custom morphs with my 3D modeler to compensate.
I see that you're trying to morph the geometry to simulate fur or a neck ruff. That sort of thing is usually better left to postwork, unless you've got a really killer texture and bump map to cover up the rough spots. As it stands now, the character looks half-melted.

I would recommend lowering or flattening the top of the head to make it less prominent. Otherwise, I kinda like it... even in that "melted" kinda state.

I agree with dragon, flatter more elongated head. The werewolves from the Howling or Werewolf series were by far the best looking. Looks great even for a so called reject. Keep working with it
