I have just finished reviewing the latest EULA changes from Curious Labs and it looks like we've all come to an agreement. I will post details as soon as the official final version is released. It's my opinion that this EULA not only alleviates the merchants concerns, but is a much stronger document for Curious Labs' protection as well. I'd like to thank everyone who made their concerns known along with the rest of us, DAZ for being willing to work things out, Penguinisto and the others who helped review it with Larry (he'll have to tell us who all he chose to have look at it) and Curious Labs. But most especially I'd like to thank Larry who spent several very long days going back and forth on the language.
