I downloaded the newest patch last night but had very little time to play with it. I know there seem to be some issues with the animation/walk designer but I was wondering how other people find the patch working for them. To me it seems as if Poser 5 is working faster and more responsively (or I'm getting used to it). The dials, in particular, seem to be working more smoothly. I read down the readme file about everything it was supposed to fix, much of which is pretty incomprehensible to this techno-ninny, but I was interested in reactions from real life users. I'm seeing a lot of the more frustrating aspects of Poser 5 going away and the program is more fun to use now. How 'bout the rest of you?

I agree, it's much, much better. I'm especially pleased that the graphs now refresh as they should do, rendering seems faster, the program loads more quickly, the new lighting options add a huge amount of potential. It's a terrific app now...

Much more stable. Waiting patiently for my new hardware to arrive so I can run P5 on a decent rig.

Don't forget to send in feedback, that's what public betas are for. The more bugs you report, the more bugs can be fixed.
