Wow, nice work, how did u do it?
Hawkfyr posted Fri, 07 April 2000 at 11:38 PM
believe it or not it took about a half an hour to build take a tori and size it to your wicker size show origin handle drag it to the center of the tori at one end (not center of circumfrence)I hope that made sense. dupe it rotate it 45 degrees dupe that flip z group the three tori and dupe again Rotate Y axis 90 degrees dupe again rotate that 45 degrees Y dupe that rotate 22.50 degrees Y delete all tori standing at 180 degrees except one that one is your handle strectch handle to fit thats about it. the most impotant step is the placement of the origin handle on the first one .because after thats it's just group and dupe. Glad you like it Hawkfyr

Harrison2 posted Sat, 08 April 2000 at 12:25 AM
It isn't graphics related. It's an illustrated look at the history of Newfoundland beginning at 1000AD,when Leif Eriksson and his Viking crew landed on our shores at L'anse Aux Meadows. This year marks the 1000th anniversary, hence the Commemorative book. I can't show anything untill it's off the press and distributed....but I have a couple that won't be included, so maybe a peek soon.....H2

Hawk, Is the handle going to go all the way through the basket or are you going to boolean it so just the top half remains? Nice job so far. How many eggs will it hold? - Art -
Hawkfyr posted Sun, 09 April 2000 at 10:29 AM
Hi Art, I did Boolean the bottom half.(GMTA) See for yourself in the Gallery how many "Eggs" it's holding. :) Hawkfyr

Sorry Hawk, I assumed you were going with the logical Easter basket thing. A wider handle and some nicely colored eggs for the kiddies and there you have it. Just goes to show what happpens when one "ass-u-me(s)". Your gallery basket looks terrific! Great job! - Art -
