Flowers are wonderful to photograph, aren't they? I went to Holland once, to the famous tulip gardens (whose name escapes me now...Keukendal??? or something like that). Anyway, when I got my slides back, I saw that the film couldn't "handle" the vibrant colors...particularly the reds.

Keukenhof, Chuck. :-) A 15 minutes drive for me and yet I only went there once in the 35 years I'm living here to show my American friends that garden. The man, Jim is really into flowers, plants and trees and he was constantly saying: And it all grows here!!! :-) Oh btw, hello everyone... My name is Johnnie and I'm just admiring your wonderful work by looking around in this forum. I do quite some photography myself, but more weddings and such! Should do more other stuff, but hey, can't do it all!!! :-) What I have seen here is great work... keep on shooting!!!
