Maybe the little starlike magic thingies by the flying ship and the fairy in the foreground need to be more glowing and brighter.

I like it, but i have trouble seeing it's purpose. Why is the green leprechaun guy there? Why the mushrooms? I just think it needs some kind of underlying story or common element to tie it into a solid scene.
