Downloaded Phi Builder 2 times, finally the 3rd time it "took". It said to put in the directory where poser 3 is installed. O.K.-Did that- C-program-metacreations. Not good! O.K.-tried c-program-metacreations-poser3. O.K. still not good.! even tried to put it in geometries! Still said that dialog box thing-then phi opend up, tried to use it anyway, but said obj couldn't be found, da! Downloaded 3 tutorials, even used a pre-made phi from elsewhere, but-Still that dialog box.What/where does it go, what am I doing wrong? Embarrassing.

Two things that might help: 1) Place the PhiBuilder exe file in the file where the Poser.exe resides. They must be in the same folder together. 2) Make sure you open the object from the Poser Geometries file. Other than that, I can't think of anything else that would be wrong. Good luck.

heyas; um, is your poser3 in c:programmetacreations? find your poser.exe and put phibuild.exe there with it. hmmm... it should work if you get it there :/

When you build your PHI file, make sure it has the same name as your obj file (except for the extension) and make sure it's in the same directory as the obj. Poser will often tell you it can't find the obj otherwise. Just thought I'd mention that since it took me a long time to figure that one out when I started building cr2s.

Haven't been here for a couple of days, my cat died.Wasn't up to doing anything. My poser exe is in C/programs/metacreations/poser3. I did put it in there. Thats when the dialog box came up. Will try again, and maybe the obj name I changed and thats the problem. Will try tonight, will let you know.-Thank you all.
