Have you altered the mesh? Like increasing the surface by enlarging the musculature. Try exporting the figure as an OBJ then map it with UVMapper save the texture and then compare that to the original map your using as a texture. this should show you if there are areas that aren't getting coverage from you current map.:)

actually this texture was originally dreated using a uvmapper map. and I am going way outside the map already.
