Subject: P5 Face Shape Question.

Now in Mike and even the p4 male you were allowed to manipulate the general shape of the face/head... you did this by such parameters as: Heart_face Long_face Round_face Square_Face and so on.... after much playing around with the copy of Poser 5 i just received in the mail...im not finding those options like i used to. Is it because Dale is his own character and has individual morphs accordingly? That would make the most sense... But then I would only have the Default Male character and all my renders would looks similar because of the shape of his head... Someone please explain, and If someone knows where I can get some Poser 5 face morphs or new figures with a different shaped head...PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITH LINKS! Thanks! Jordan

Open up the face room and you'll be able to change the face, it usually seems to work best if you chose to keep the shape only rather than the shape and texture, when you leave the face room. You're right though - the default characters don't come with that many morphs in the pose room.

If I'm not mistaken, I think that apart from facial feature morphs in the face room, there are also basic head shape morphs in the normal pose room when the head is selected.

It would definately be really beneficial if someone came up with some face morphs for the p5 figures. Not being able to change the face shape really bothered me too.

You might need to download the content update at CL to get the P5 default guy's morphs too. Some of the figures didn't have 'em all.

here is Don from the face room just using the random dials and tweaking a little. applied the Nordic Mike texture after in the material room. The hair and scarf is surfer hair from Maya Studios, with a little post work. So try random dial and then tweak a little :)
