hi im new to the poser community and i dont know where to find michael 2.0 to download - all i find is textures and whatnot - can someone clue me in

Be careful when you do buy. There are different versions of him available, as well as some morph products and texture sets that require purchase of the main model. Occassionally people get the wrong product by mistake. Actual models: Michael 2.0 is the highest res and most versitle. There is also a complete Michel CD that includes the clothing packs for Mike - a really great deal. Michael 1.0 is lower res, and doesn't have nearly as many morphs. Michael Low Res is lower res with about the same morphs as Mike 2, and comes with Stephanie Low Res (much cheaper too) Morph products for Mike at Daz: You need Mike for all of these. Gorn the giant Grim M2 Barbarian Musclebound Mike If you've got the cash, get Mike 2, if not, then your best bet is Mike Low Res.

Michael 1.0 is NOT lower res than Michael 2.0. Michael 2.0 is only Michael 1.0 with more morphs.
