A friend of mine wanted me to try a rendering of a character that would look close to Sephiroth from the video game Final Fantasy VII. Honestly I have no idea where to start. I have no idea how to create models and I know stuff seems to be in short supply when it comes to Mike. But pointing me in the direction of anything that looks like, or would work for Sephi's clothes, hair, and accessories would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You might try DAZ, they have a morphing Trench Coat, Morphing Boots, Treadz Boots, and an outfit called Outlander... maybe some of each would get you started. DAZ has a sell going on now also. Niles

Wow! When did this sale start? I was looking at that trenchcoat earlier today. With the Platinum Club I can get it for 60% off! Thanks for the heads up.

you can also get hair similar to that from Poser Pro look for the Elven Court II from Mehndi, a very awesome plugin. May want to check at RDNA to for clothes and such too

you could dl some of the posergamers characters at AniMotions and take some of the aromor dodads off those figures and use them on mike also you'll probably be able to find a pair of tall boots there for mike

For the figure, ditch Mike and use Stephanie or Aiko instead. Both DAZ figures that have male morphs and can have exagerated proportions without distorting too much. Their faces are better for morphing into the classical animie look. The hair could be morphed from the "Gen-X" hair.
