Well, this year's Halloween contest is over - there was a lot of talent on display, and the judges had a hard time of it - the winners have been announced - so go check them out! Thank you everyone who entered, and a big congrats to our winners!

wgreenlee1, according to the rules the process is as follows: "The top 10 winners from the community voting will then be judged by a panel of judges and the top 4 will be selected from that group of 10." In other words, the voting was just the qualification round.

wgreenlee1, there's also an ammendment in the rules section; "NOTE: Due to the fact that this contest has had member clone voting, the winners will be selected by the contest judges from all entries." The final 10 as voted by the membership was not reflective of the best work because of a lot of clone voting - so the Judges went through EVERYTHING.

It's when a person signs up under multiple accounts to vote for their own picture. This allows them to vote their own picture up even though the system only allows one vote per screen name. In other words, it's cheating.
