Subject: Store Help

I recently purchase 3 items from the store its been a good week I used paypal to pay for it and the checks have cleared but I have yet to be able to download what I bought I sent a email about this and still have not heard anything. I would like to know whats the deal? Scott

Might want to send another e-mail to the store@renderosity.com address. Your previous request might of gotten lost in the shuffle. The store staff is really good at working things out & are prompt to do so.

I have sent them 2 emails I have yet to recieve anything from them I am getting rather pist off excuse my language about this someone from renderosity better tell me what the hell is going on!

Your downloads are ready. I just checked and looks like they have been ready for you to get. Select My Shopping Cart on the side bar and then Purchase History / Downloads. You should be able to get your downloads from there. If you have any problems please let me know. Thanks, Clint

no still says waiting on payment

Ok - They are still listed in the unpaid purchases. Our office administrator StaceyG will have to check the patpal site to make sure the funds have been approved. She will do this on Monday since the office is closed until then. Sorry for the delays on this. Clint
