I am new to BVH Motion files and I am running into a problem that I don't know how to fix. I hope someone can tell me what I can do to fix the problem. Everytime I apply the BVH file to Michael it makes him look deformed. His shoulders stick up and the motion don't work right. I applied the same BVH file to the P4 Man and it worked fine. I double checked to make sure that all the body parts were named the same as they are in the BVH file, but it still doesn't fix the problem. I don't know that much about editing BVH files to fix it to work with Michael. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Michael's higher polygon count is what's causing the deformities. I imagine there might be some way of editing the BVH to compensate, but no idea how you'd approach it.

apply to p4 man than replace with mike to inherite the motion data.
