Have you changed the way AOM is voted? All I see on the page are the names to check for the vote but no mention of what category it is and no link to the galleries.
Design-wise it's not very good. Most people, while willing to click a link to a gallery to decide their vote, aren't going to open up another window and search the galleries for all the different names.

Just curious.

Thanks Kendra I was just about to ask :) I have a feeling it is a hicup in the server. I am sure the images will be up shortly.

Well their not up yet, I just tried to vote and couldnt believe there were no links to the gallerys or mention of which category it was. I certainly hope this was a screw up and not another ill advised policy change.

I'm sure they'll get it fixed. After all, this is "renderosity: where the art matters".

I just voted. I don't know for whom, but that doesn't matter. We all know what matters...

Interesting way of voting, I just voted for the coolest SN. Are these people asleep at the switch or what?

well after doing a search down on some of the nominees I am a bit confused. It is for Rhino 3D which is no biggie but all I am finding, so far, are wips of models in the making. Is this what we are voting on?

I agree, someone dropped the ball for sure. Do you know how many pages you get when you type YL in the member search?!

Yep, Rhino is a pure 3d modeller. This time its not about artistic images but about cool models.

Well it would still have been nice if they would have put links to the gallery,so we could look before we vote.

Hey y'all, I'm the one who put up the AOM poll. I've been working with SongRamp (a sister site with Renderosity) and this was my first time putting a poll up on Renderosity...Needless to say, live and learn. I've added links to each of the three galleries represented as well as each individual's personal gallery. December's AOM voting will go up next week, so I'll make sure to get it right off the bat for that one. Anyway, sorry about the confusion! thanks, --Asher "MonkeyLek"

Good deal. Heya Asher, Long time. I need to hit SongRamp again sometimes. ;] You might check the link for the past few months AOM votings, and see how they were doing it with the AOM committee. They had a pretty nice format going with the artists, thumbs and links. Be nice to see that continued.

I'm glad I checked, 'cause there was someone in there who I thought for some time now deserved some attention. Hey 'bear, you hangin' at SongRamp these days? X2000 still there too? I'm gonna hafta check it out again...been so long that I literally forgot all about that place.

Not in a long time Mike... my former roomie was into music, and I kind of lost interest after he moved. I drop in over at SongRamp every great once in awhile now to look around.
