I have just completed a redo of scene created quite a while ago and posted to my gallery. I re-did textures, waterfall, sky etc. My question is does this qualify for Novembers challenge or no?

Well images created before the challenge is announced for the month (ie. those posted to the gallery) aren't supposed to be eligble for that month's challenge. But seeing how you have practically did a total reconstruction of it.....I'd check with AgentSmith on what he thinks, just IM him.
