I've spoken to someone in the Merchants forum and he/she think there was a special and very little known key-combination to export booleans! I'll let you know as soon as I get the news.

Booleans do not create new shapes but only tell the render engine where things are.Even if this is possible can't see how you would get anything other than primitives out at the other end.Further to pidgy's marvelous work some simple boolean work followed by altitude or mask render maybe usefull to some people.
