Hi Stonemason, Three good places to have them hosted would be: www.pocketmovies.net www.3dfilmmaker.com www.ifilm.com & www.filmwatcher.com These are the sites that I usually check for animation movies. It's just hard to find all of the sites that have great animation. At least these are a good start... Hope it helps. CAT P.S. I couldn't find any animations on your site? do you have any direct links to download from?stonemason posted Sun, 01 December 2002 at 7:50 PM

We're trying to get some sort of centralized animation gallery going here. There's been positive Official response but I haven't got any kind of schedule yet. Before they made me they broke the mold!

Or at least a swf upload in the gallery or even here, I mentioned this in the Community Ideas and they said they would bring it up but I have yet to hear anything, can't be the file size issue cause most swf's are smaller then jpg's

a movie export from flash. They are (generally smaller then jpgs) I was once told that they stand for small web file, btu I think that it really means "ShockWave Flash"

Your second thought is correct. 'SWF' stands for "ShockWaveFlash."
