Set your preference back to the Factory state and you will get it back...Sharen Edit General Preference Launch to Factory state Thenk after that you can reset your preference state

I have that happen when I am low on memory or get carried away multitasking. I useally have to reboot to get it to go away. Does this still happen after you tried rebooting ??

I did do the launch factory state and then closed the program and opened it again and now i have the window. Thanks so much for the help.

Oh and Reboot means simply to restart your computer. Shut down Windows, turn the power off and then on again :o) Then you've "rebooted"
