Here is a layered array of water foams, bubbles, rock waves, shoreline waves and also the cracked feet layer I used for my scene "Bare Feet", cut and paste them as you wish, and blend them using different blend modes to achieve better results. You can use your laso tool, i prefer to use the freehand method. Two files included PSD (PhotoShop) and PSP (PaintShop)
