You need Vue 8 or higher to open it. All textures are included. It's not tested on older versions , but you can try it. Good luck.

I don't have a poser file of the house, but you can import the obj-file in Poser. Don't know if that works with DazStudio.

I'm a little bit confused. Is this download in .obj format? I don't have Poser but I do have DazStudio.

I know that you can import obj-files in Poser. I will put a obj-file of the Castle house in Freestuff, but it isn't textured, sorry.
