The Hybrid Utility Truck has both a multifuel diesel/propane genpack and LIon batteries to keep its eight electric hub motors running. The black top is a high-efficiency solar panel to charge the pack when the genset is off or fuel is not available. The inexpensive design was intended as an all-around off-road construction, exploration and mining utility vehicle. The military tried it,liked it, and bought thousands to take over duties the Humvees handled until they were converted to armored gun trucks. The military version does not use propane.The Utility truck can be "repainted" any other color in the Poser Materials Room. The Utility truck has a removable windshield and top/sides/back tarp. The coordinates to reattach them are included in the Poser Parameters dial titles. These can also be made invisible with the Poser Properties dials. The sides and back tarp can be raised up or down and athe top shortened using the appropriate Poser Parameters dials.A Driver pose based on Poser 6 James is included. P6 James is available from Poser.The Alien Terrain, helmet and crates are available from Renderosity.com and ShareCG.com.The model is simple and low-poly for quick rendering, and renders very "dirty".
