Product Notes
"Mavis House" is in a South African "Township" - a suburb of a city where mostly poor Black people live. It is a little bigger and smarter than most of the houses around it, because Mavis runs it as a guesthouse, offering "Township Stays" to tourists who want to experience how real South Africans live. Even so, it is still a very basic dwelling, with the typical red concrete stoep (veranda) and green concrete floor. I'll soon upload more township houses. Textures made in Genetica. The neighbourhood will feature in Sipho Story in my gallery. Commercial renders OK, contents not for redistribution.
