Thank you. Until a few days ago, I'd have said '_Lovely TER, but I can't even view it_'. Turns out open3mod *will* open and view it, but needed 24 of my 32 GB RAM plus a lonnng 'coffee break'... I'm so sorry you could not make this in 'tiles', as the whole, exported to OBJ/MTL is a totally unwieldy ~600 MB...
