Well, this is my second attempt to animate Victoria 4, a rather long and subtle one.
It consists of 252 frames I have exclude the morph dependent animation such as eyes blinking
so the animation should not effect your character's morph.
Again, unzip the file to your runtime and find it in the pose folder.
For newbie, I suggest first locking the camera by clicking the key icon on animation control tool bar, till it turns red,
to avoid auto camera key framing.then change the frame number to 0.
the animation is best played at 16-20 frames/second. By clicking at the key icon on the animation control bar,
then change the number you prefer in the field keyframe rate.
