A working model of an early railway "lower quadrant" home signal. A horizontal arm signified danger while a lowered (45 degree) arm meant clear or proceed.
The model features a movable arm and counterweight.

Hi tinkertenor. Sorry, I have no clue if 3d printing would work with this model. It is scaled to work with all Daz and Poser figures. Sorry to not be more help.
