As mentioned by @Vindicar, you need to correct the structure of the runtime folder before copying it to your library. First, under libraries, remove the "MyRho" level in the folder hierarchy, so that the new hierarchy will be Libraries/character/collars instead of Libraries/character/MyRho/collars (cut the "collars" folder, copy it in the "character" folder, and delete the now empty "MyRho" folder). Second, copy the object file "Stahlreif V1" that you will find in geometries/MyRho/collars in the folder libraries/character/collars You can now copy the runtime folder in your library. You will have to apply new metal shaders to the collar to make it looks good, but once done it's a very beautiful object.

Simple, but effective. It looks very very good

In Daz, it functions and handles shaders very well, but it will throw a lot of errors and you will have to manually track down the various files at least the first time you load it, so before Daz user's unzip it into their runtime folder, make note of the file structure to aid in finding everything.Aside from that, this is a great slave collar that is a lot more user-friendly and functional than many of the ones that cost a hefty sum.
