@gadu: thanks for your answer, it's those i meant. good to know, it would look very weird and nasty to place a canopic vase on a table - or if i ever decide to render a tomb scene, a flower vase... also, since you used that name i wikied it - those jars are indeed very different, i learned something new.

thanks a lot, beautiful as always. ^^ question: are all your vases (inc. the previous ones) the decorative sort, like to put anywhere in an egyptian room/setting, or are some of them sacred, like the special urns for burial? a bit hard to goggle something like this...
