Just extract all files into your Poser runtime.
You will find the new injection and remove morphs in a subfolder under the materials for the dress:

.....Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Evolution\Karanta\PE Irina Dress\Fit Morphs

It may be necessary to change the constrained group of the straps for different body shapes.
