 I followed the method on his site https://sway.office.com/KwuNb20ciEQbMvJM?ref=Link&loc I took the jeniferpd face texture for my new face texture to use for the PE model and match it with the east Indians skin texture, made few tone and saturation adjustment. I use Biscuit lip morph set to change up the face. This was easy and painless, and very excited what I can do with many of the other face texture.
