Unzip all files to your Poser Runtime Directory.
You will find the new pmd injection and remove morphs in the following folder:

..\Runtime\Libraries\Materials\Evolution\Karanta\PE Mia Dress\Fit Morphs

Usage:

- Load the woman of your choice into your scene
- Load the dress into your scene
- Click on the INJ pose to add the Genesis morphs to the dress
- Change the morph setting to "1"

If you notice that the clothing does not fit any more, when the simulation is finished, just change the
fit morph for the dress back to zero.
