Unzip all files to your Poser Runtime Directory.
You will find the morph files in the materials library under:

\LaFemme\karanta\Louise Dress\Fit Morphs

Usage:

Load V4 into your scene
Load the dress into your scene
Click on the INJ morph to apply the fit morph to the dress
Change it to "1"

Click on the REM morph if you like to remove the morph from the dress
