You're welcome. I'm happy others are finding joy in my photographs. Yes, it is a highly contested piece of land. When you look at the valley, you can see why. It's fertile, perfect for farming, and quite beautiful with the surrounding mountains.

I love your pics. And, this one is epic. There is a legend where Alexander the Great stood atop maybe that very ridge and surveyed the valley and said: "This is the perfect place for a battle..." Small wonder considering just how many battles have been fought here. Until the last one--that's one I wouldn't want to see. 🔥 Seriously, it's a beautiful image--and I grab just about everything you post. Thank you for sharing your view of the world. ðŸ‘😎
