This is a PoserPython script tested with Poser 11.2. At last you can now use themed sub-folders to load and save your custom Sketch presets! And since you're loading via Windows, you can have visual previews and display-mode prompts, made by simply manually saving a named screenshot along with each new preset.

Full readme instructions are in the .py script - simple open it with Notepad++ like any other text file. There you will also need to manually customise a file-path so it points to your current presets folder.
