Here is the KiteMan Outfit from the recent DCUniverse Harley Quinn animated series for the Genesis 8 Male for use in DAZ Studio.
The outfit includes Helmet, Shirt, Gloves, Backpack, Belt, Pants, Boots and a Kite Prop. The materials are pretty basic, so you may want to adjust them to look better.
