The accompanying Flared Skirt is free to use as you wish, including making any kind of alterations to the included items. If you want to play with the geometry then simply export the skirt as an object file after loading into the scene.
However, it may not be re-distributed, or sold as is or used commercially as is without express written permission.
The Flared Skirt is a Dynamic Prop for use with V4 in the Poser Cloth Room, though do feel free to try it with other figures.
To get a good fit, you may have to use the translate and scaling parameter dials in the Pose tab after fitting in the Cloth Room finishes.
In the Cloth Room Settings it is best to allow at least 15 frames more than the figure animation so that the material has time to adjust to the pull of gravity and settle more natur
