Here are three simple working scripts showing the method by which you have a Python script load Poser PRP render presets - Firefly, SuperFly - and also custom Sketch presets. Yes, for the first time ever, your Sketch PZS presets can also be loaded by a script!

Tested in Poser 11, and will likely work in Poser 12 and also in legacy versions of Poser. Note that you will need to edit each script to set the file path to your chosen preset, and also the path where you wish to have Poser save the resulting render.
