I am uploading this entire batch of poses 1 through 30, and am including a NEW pose made using Genesis 8 F 8.1. They all seem to work fine with Genesis 8.1 as well as 8.

thanks for making these poses and double thanks for bundling them! Poses that don't involve expressions should be 100% compatible between 8 and 8.1 I think
