A very simple model of a traffic cone. I needed one and it was just as quick to model one from scratch (based on one I have in my front garden - don't ask) as it was to look for one. The unfinished image I wanted it for illustrates this freebie - I still need to make changes to this image.
There are four colours. I have definitely seen three on UK motorways in the last year and think I have seen the fourth. The normal colour is Orange. Green cones mark either side of works access, and Blue/Yellow cones indicate a High Voltage overhead obstruction. I think Purple is any other type of overhead obstruction but am not sure of the colour as it's not common.
Hope they are of use.

For the interest of UK users, just recently I've started seeing cones on the motorway at works entrances with a blue body & pastel green reflective section.

I'll take a look, thanks.

That's not a workout, it's just normal cornering for a 2CV. Hint for numberplates : check online for numberplate sellers. They will let you make your own numberplate and show you an example with correct font and all. Often you can save this example as an image.

Oh dear, Oh dear, Oh dear. It appears this dotty little freebie has been selected as a 'Staff Pick Freebie' this week. I am chuffed and honoured, I admit, but... It's a traffic cone, possibly one of the daftest freebies offered for a long while. Need to wander off into a corner and laugh at the amusing things that people seem to like.

At least collecting digital cars takes less room. We have had our Charleston since 1992, and we'd love to collect a few, but space is a problem. Not to mention expense. So, I'm stuck with collecting digital 2CV's. I'd never in my wildest dreams have been able to get one of the 694 2CV Safari cars, so getting Pamawo's 2CV bundle with one in it was wonderful, even though (as I said in my review on the sale page) it's not hugely accurate in some areas.

Thanks for the additional information about the chrome trim and the suspension. I had forgotten about the front window design - what I noticed are the triangle of glass projecting forward of the windscreen, and the bottom of the open windows along the upper edges of the doors. I think it speaks highly of the model when as an owner you say it's quite accurate. I can see that collecting 3D cars is going to be a fun part of this hobby.

Not sure which bars you mean. If you mean the chrome trim under the bottom of the doors, that's normal for the Dolly and Charleston in the UK, as is the chrome trim halfway up the door and the above door rain gutter chrome trim. The chrome bars above the forward corner of the front door may be the window flap frame. The front door windows on the 2CV are in two parts, the upper part is fixed, and the lower part is hinged at the bottom of the upper part, and flaps outwards until the window is vertical about 2cm away from the upper pane. The glass has a chrome frame around the glass on three of the four sides. The lower flap can be latched in a fitting at the top of the door so a triangle of glass surrounded by chrome frame projects forwards of the windscreen. The Teuf-Teuf model from 3Djoji at DAZ is really very accurate in most things. The only thing I can comment on from this image is that the suspension swing arms are undersized compared to the real thing. Our Charleston managed to bend one once when it slid on ice, and I had to change it, the diameter of the swing arm increased from about 40mm at the wheel expanding to 80mm or so at the pivot. The 30mm shown on the model above is a bit small. However the rest of the model is great.

I've never noticed the bars on the outside of the front doors before- are they standard?

Yep. There needs to be a passenger screaming in fear, too. I want to illustrate the 2CV driver's mantra that 'You're not trying hard enough if you can hear the passenger scream.'. Oh, and change the numberplate to a UK type one too, to go with the RHD.

Thanks for the traffic cone- that 2CV is getting quite a workout!
