This near-range, wide billboard hides the ground discontinuity at the edge of your city/tow/suburb scene. Behind it, mid-range billboards (like the Industrial billboard) and other props can be added for a deeper appearance in your environment. This Fence billboard has 4 materials, one for the front of the fence, 3 for its back side, at different lighting.

Some camera positions, that you tried to avoid, are now possible.
