What you can use if you DO NOT have Borgar Piratepunk for L’Homme.
You get the outfit as shown in the above render. That is:
The Borgar Bodysuit, Boots, Coat, Cane & Top Hat for Dusk.

What you CANNOT use if you DO NOT have Borgar Piratepunk for L’Homme.
The Pirate Hat, Rapier, and all L’Homme’s items (not shown).

What you get if you DO have Borgar Piratepunk for L’Homme.
Firstly, L’Homme gets his version of what is shown in the above render.
Secondly, Dusk gets the entire Borgar Piratepunk for L’Homme outfit to add to this collection.
Thirdly, the items not shown (Oh, a pirate mystery treasure).

So now both L’Homme and Dusk can be Steampunk or PiratePunk!
