this one works.
you won't need to install the people folder, just the morph folder. then the morph will be in the parameters tab. Genesis 8 Female/morphs/morph loader, and the slider is called Alicia 8.1. you will also need to adjust rigging to shape. which can be found in the edit tab, under figure/rigging/adjust rigging to shape. and apply when a window pops up.
i hope everyone loves this character as much as i do. she's pretty awesome.

This worked for me. I loaded a blank G8F figure. Then I found the “alicia 8.1” morph slider in the “Parameters” tab, in the “Morphs” category, and the “Morph Loader” sub-category. But when I posed it, the eyes bugged out. This means the rigging needed to be adjusted to shape. To do this, go to the menu bar on the top edge of Daz Studio and click “Edit”, then “Figure”, then “Rigging”, then “Adjust Rigging To Shape...” and when the “Adjust Rig To Shape” dialog box appears, click the “Accept” button. Well, this is the menu location for the “Adjust Rigging To Shape” thing in Daz 4.11. It may be in a different menu location in later versions. But anyway, this fixed the eyes so they would not bug out when the figure gets posed.

i created a slider for her. did you check the sliders? i looked up how to make morphs. so i exported the figure as a OBJ. then imported it as a morph. the slider works fine on my end. but yeah, i would check your sliders. should say Alicia 8.1. parameters/morphs/morph loader/alicia 8.1

I tested this on Genesis 8 Female. It doesn't work. All the character seems to do is apply the Mika 8 head to G8F. The morph "Alicia 8.1" does not look good when applied on top of that. You might be better off creating a G8F morph from your character. I'll send you some info.
