Part two from the previous tutorial I uploaded here for Face Transfer ~ The Basics
In this brief .pdf tutorial we take a look at how to start a skin set which would be started in the Face Transfer Plugin [Daz Studio, Windows only]
A multitude of face textures are available for sale over at 3dscanstore and 3d.sk as well as various merchant resources available at a variety of 3D stores including Renderosity.
In this tutorial I am using face texture images with permission, that are found on the 3dscanstore website.
Having used one in Face Transfer, along with a painted "real skin tone" texture, we see how nicely Face Transfer starts the skin. Then using additional skin resources in an image editor [or a 3D paint program if you have and want to use], one enhances the starter skin. Not covered would be making the rest of the set for bumps, normals, etc. That requires other programs.
